The Happiest Place on Earth

After a sitting on a plane for 6 hours on Monday I finally Arrived at the Disney College Program. My plane was delayed 3 hours but I can now say that it was all worth it. I live in Vista Way on the Disney Property in a 6 person apartment. My roommates are from all over the country: Las Vegas, Michigan, Colorado, and Miami. The first day I arrived to late to complete all the orientation stuff, so I did that on the second day. It consisted of a housing meeting and filling out paperwork at the Casting center. What is so great about it here is that Disney has a completely different language. Everything revolves around being off and on stage. On stage is when in the presence of guests and off stage is behind the scenes. Yesterday we actually got to use the utilidors, which is the underground passage ways that help cast members (employees) get to their job location. Yesterday I also completed traditions, which went over the basics about our behavior and how to perverse the magic. Today I have the day off, but tomorrow I start my first day at training which is at Disney University. I am so excited!!!
